How Susana works

Once you have opened a subscription, whenever you fail to understand someone speaking Spanish, or to make yourself understood to them, you simply call 902 947 772.

You will be greeted by the words
'Welcome to Susana’s 24/7 interpreter service.
If you want an interpreter right away, press ONE,
If you want to activate your subscription from a card, press TWO,
If you want our payment and top up line press THREE, and
If you want our helpline press FOUR.'

If you press ONE, because you are already a subscriber, and will be asked to

'Please wait while we check your subscription'
then told in seconds
'We have confirmed your subscription.'
'You have _ minutes and _ seconds remaining'
'Please wait while we connect you to one of our interpreters'

If you press TWO, because you want to activate your subscription, you will be asked to

'Please enter the nine digit activation number on the front of your card now.'
'We have activated your account and you have the services of an interpreter into Spanish for 5 (10 or 20) minutes on this phone whenever you need them.
If you want an interpreter immediately press one, and if not any other number to end the call.'

If you press THREE, you will be asked whether you wish to pay for 5, 10 or 20 minutes, and then for your credit card details.

If you press FOUR, you will be transferred to our helpline.
