There are two methods of payment: by internet and phone.
Both require you to register the number of the phone for which you are paying the subscription,
and both require credit card details.
In the interests of your security, please notice that neither Susana, nor its parent company MTS,
requires or obtains your name, address or credit card number,
and does not see, hear or record your instructions to your credit card company.

guided through the payment process.


Whichever method you choose, your subscription will be activated within seconds of your payment being confirmed and accepted.

If you subsequently find you are unable to make use of the service, you may claim a full refund within 7 days, but unused interpreter time is otherwise not refundable. Your subscription expires after one calendar year without use or topping up.
